The hotel room had everything one could need, including an ironing board, iron, and hairdryer, but it looked a bit tired with stained carpets and marked furniture. The cleanliness wasn't perfect at first, but room service quickly resolved it. The room size was nice and big.
The hotel is conveniently located for Sheffield Arena in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable but noisy due to the nearby function room, which disrupted my sleep. The service was accommodating overall, with some instances of miscommunication. The setting is convenient and well-situated for visiting Sheffield, but it obliges you to eat in the restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding, although there were some issues with service during my dining experience.
The hotel had spacious and immaculately clean rooms with a decent set of amenities. While the noise from late-night guests was a minor disturbance, the overall comfort was exceptional. The location was convenient for our needs, near major attractions and amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety of fresh options available.
